Being vegan, I know it can be really stressful when ordering food from places that are not vegan, and it is the same when you are dairy free or have dairy free guests.
Our cakes are all vegan, so we never handle dairy. You can be absolutely confident there will not be any dairy in cakes that leave our kitchen!
DAIRY FREE WEDDING CAKES
We use soya milk in most of our cakes; however, we can also use coconut, almond, hazelnut or oat milk.
Instead of butter, we use different types of margarine or vegetable oil, depending on recipes and what the fats are for.

Are dairy free wedding cakes more expensive?
I think charging more to cater for dietary requirements is unethical. No matter what ingredients I use, all my cakes cost the same.
Do dairy free cakes taste different?
Absolutely not! My cakes taste exactly the same as non dairy free cakes. I was trained in Paris as a pâtissière, so I have very high standards and you can trust that I know what great cake tastes like. When my baking school teachers tried my vegan cakes, they couldn’t tell the difference.
Can I guarantee the cakes are dairy free?
Some of the ingredients we use are dairy free but still have the “may contain traces of dairy” mention. However, none of them contain dairy as an ingredient, and being a vegan cake designer, I can guarantee no traces will come from my own processes.

All my cakes are dairy free, but I always provide venues with all the information they need on your wedding day - a cutting cake guide, as well as a page detailing what flavours and allergens are in which tier so they know how to cut and serve your cake.
